Although the DataMaster DMT-C is very rugged and does not require any preventative maintenance or annual calibration, it is not immune to accidents !
To ease the process, we established a system to minimize the inconvenience. The DataMaster DMT-C operates through a powerful built-in computer, which enables our certified technicians to quickly make a diagnosis of an event and the necessary adjustments. In cases the DataMaster DMT-C need to be the repair at our shop, a replacement device will be available in order to avoid affecting your operations!
Moreover, in the case of a repair not covered by the warranty (abuse or during a break outside the warranty coverage period) a written quote will be sent for authorization purposes before starting work!
